Ladies Make Money Online has been motivating women for years to help them become the best they can be.

A successful woman in my books is a winning woman.

And we are constantly looking for ways to motivate women from around the world to become better versions of themselves.

Whether you are new in business or you have been an entrepreneur for a while, I am here to wish you the best and we would love to support you!

I will be sharing plenty of motivation for female entrepreneurs to use to upscale themselves.

What motivates a woman?

I don’t know about you but having a successful profitable business motivates me every day to work harder.

By doing small things daily that get me closer to my goal motivates me to do more and more.

At the end of the day, I want to have the freedom and flexibility to do what I want when I want.

Not relying on finances to live my best life is another big motivator.

This means I am constantly working hard to become financially free.

Here are a few examples of goals I want to reach and why I am motivated to work hard every day:

Being financial independent
Having a career in tech or a field that is just as equal
Owning a successful business
And obviously being able to financially support my family (fully)

Motivated women will do everything in their power to ensure their dreams become a reality. That’s why I always try my hardest to keep women’s motivation going so we can be the best.

I use this exact goal and money planner to not only plan career goals but helps with meeting financial goals and mapping out what needs to be done to move to the next level.

Motivational women to follow

In order to feel motivated, sometimes you need to follow someone that you inspire to one day be like.

This honestly, is the best way to keep your dream going.

I can’t honestly name every single motivational woman out there in just one blog post.

But ideally, you want to keep a shortlist of inspirational women in your lives to follow and read up on frequently.

I didn’t know it for a long time but an inspiring woman that I follow every day is my mom.

She’s taught me so much and now that I am a mom, I apply everything she taught me into being the best mom that I can be.

There are plenty of inspiring women out there that may relate best to your unique situation and where you are in life.

Finding the motivation to get things done daily can be a hard task for anyone trying to become successful.

I have been there.

So I know the road is not easy.

Motivation is extremely important because it can help you keep your eye on the goal even when you want to quit.

Quitting in my books is not an option.

That’s why it’s really important to learn how to stay motivated.

And we enjoy motivating women like you.

With that in mind, here are a few quick ways to stay motivated:

Write down your goals (ideally in our goal and money planner)
Note down the reasons why you need to reach those goals
Have an actionable plan to reach those goals
Ensure your plan is doable and break them down into smaller actions
Track your progress (it will remind you of how far you have come)
Tweak your goals if necessary
Reward yourself every time you reach milestones

3. Creating A Safe Community For Inspiring Entrepreneurs

I have taken the time to create a safe community for inspiring entrepreneurs and bloggers to come together and help each other out.

Since my community shares a mutual goal, it works well.

An online community or internet community such as the one I host is a group of women (people) with a shared interest or purpose who use the internet to communicate with each other

I host this community in a private Facebook group.

My group is only for bloggers and business owners looking for opportunities to grow, learn and make money online.

The group is designed to uplift each other, which brings me to my next point.

You can join Facebook groups that better relate to your needs.

There are plenty available.

4. I Motivate Women To Uplift Each Other

Ever heard of the “community over competition” saying?

Well, this is exactly what I believe in.

Women should be able to lift each other and promote each other frequently.

Something just as little as buying from other small business entrepreneurs is more than enough to make someone’s day.

As women, we are often taught to compete with one another.

This is ridiculous.

I have seen women compete for slimmer bodies, better jobs, and even better husbands or partners.

This needs to stop.

As a woman, I do not view other women as roadblocks to my success, instead, I actually genuinely admire them and I will clap for them when they succeed and help them when they are failing.

We should aim for positivity.

There is more than enough of what you are looking for and can be shared by all.

As I always tell my toddler unicorn, “on partage” (that’s French for, we share)!

Speaking of sharing, let’s talk about the next thing I do when it comes to motivating women.
