Today I want to take a look at the daily routine of a successful woman because my goal is to be just as successful as the women I see online. 

Who doesn’t want success? 

I don’t know about you, when I am productive, I not only feel accomplished, but it gets me closer to my goal of living a stress-free independent life on my own terms. 

If your goal is to be just as successful, I hope the daily routine of a successful woman will inspire you to either get your own routine going or follow the ones below. 

When you start your day right, it paves the way to a more fulfilling and accomplished day. 

To reach your goal of success, I am here to tell you, you need to put in the work. 

Those that work harder always reap awesome results. 

It might take a year or two even longer, but you will see the results.

A successful woman typically looks after herself mentally, financially and also manages to balance a social life with friends and family. 

You also want to take care of your health to be successful and give people the best version of you.

1. Start your day early

Here is a confession, I am not an early riser in any way. 

I work best late into the night as this is when I find peace and quiet. 

Having a family makes it extremely hard to get things done in the early early morning as most people in my house wake up early too. 

But I know of women that wake up at the crack of dawn before anyone is up and just go at it. 

So a 4 am or even a 5 am wake-up call is what works best. 

If your family tends to get up at 7 or 8, then you can have a good 2 hours of getting things done with no disturbances or distractions. 

But this means you need to have prepared a great to-do list the night before in order to have the direction you need of what to do in the morning.

2. Manifest your goals 

If you want to have the lifestyle of a successful woman, you need to learn how to truly manifest your goals.

Before you tackle your to-do list, there are a few steps you first need to tackle before you can truly get your day started. 

You definitely need to take the time to practice some gratitude, meditate or just sit quietly for a second to gather your thoughts. 

The idea is to spend time appreciating instead of rushing to get things done. 

You can even take this time to do some yoga, but I definitely recommend some much-needed self-time. 

In my case, I recommend you manifest if you want to become a successful woman. 

Basically, manifest what you want for your life. 

So, what exactly does manifesting mean?

To manifest something means to visualize your desire and harness the power of your imagination to make it a reality.

In short, manifesting means making dreams come true.

The law of attraction makes the process of manifestation simpler with easy-to-follow steps.

Here are 3 things I manifested for my life and it worked:

  • Getting married to my husband
  • Having a child 
  • Starting a career that I love 

So yes, I do believe in the power of manifestation. 

And the top daily routine of a successful woman is including manifestation in your routine. 

If you do decide to manifest, it is really important to have a very clear intention for what you want to bring into your life.

3. Exercise As Part Of Your Daily Routine

Physical activity or exercise can improve your overall health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. 

Trust me when I say you should make this part of your daily routine as soon as possible. 

I personally developed high blood pressure and I suffer from severe migraines that make it really impossible to work sometimes. 

And even though I used to exercise, I didn’t do it as often as I should have. 

Now I have a regular daily routine that includes fitness and at minimum, I walk 10, 000 steps a day. 

And if you are not feeling your best at any point, physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. 

Honestly, regular activity can improve your quality of life overall and I highly recommend it to women that wish to become successful.

4. Create a daily routine that includes a healthy breakfast

Having a healthy breakfast first thing in the morning is not only essential for your health, but it will give you the energy you need to take on the day ahead. 

I am so used to only having my morning coffee and then wondering why by 2 pm I am feeling sluggish and tired. 

Yes, that’s because I obviously missed my morning breakfast. 

If you want to ensure that you are active and successful throughout the day, be sure to have a healthy breakfast. 

Studies have shown that a healthy breakfast can improve your energy levels and ability to concentrate in the short term.

It can also help with better weight management (as you are less likely to overeat), reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease in the long term.

Who wants all of that health issues?

Not me for sure. 

Healthy breakfast bowls are awesome and even a smoothie can go a long way. 

My recommendation is to make eating a daily healthy breakfast part of your routine. 

5. The daily routine of a successful woman requires her to work on goals 

It’s one thing to come up with a huge list of goal ideas you want to achieve, and it’s another thing to work on those goals. 

As part of your daily routine, we recommend you work on your goals as often as you can. 

Anything you do daily gets you one step closer to achieving your life goals. 

For example, you might have the following goals:

Your daily plan would be to do something that will help you get closer to that goal every year. 

For your career, you might want to go back to school, get a mentor or improve your skills. 

The other one could simply mean meeting up with a financial planner and setting up that autopilot savings account. And before you know it, you will have huge savings. 

You could also work on finding better jobs or high-paying side jobs to increase your income. 

Regardless of what you actually do, my point is to work on chipping away at your goals daily.

6. A successful woman is organized 

Most successful women will take the time whether it’s once a week or even monthly to practice self-care as well as to organize her life.

Life can be stressful and it can quickly get out of control especially if you are unprepared. 

So be sure to get organized well in advance in order to have the perfect morning routine. 

Having a list of daily routines you want to get through is a great starting point. 

This could mean, meal prepping ahead of time, having your finances organized so you are prepared for any financial stresses that may come your way, taking care of the house (such as cleaning, laundry and upkeeps of the home).

7. Successful women get enough sleep 

Whether that is sleeping early or sleeping in, you want to ensure you are getting enough sleep. 

This will ensure you have all the energy and motivation to get your morning routine going without hitting that snooze button. 

Ideally, it’s best to go to bed earlier in the night and wake up early each day. 

But I also understand if you have a different routine. 

3 times out of a week, I work late into the night to accomplish some of my goals and for the rest of the days, it’s the early night because I know my toddler needs me. 

She’s an early riser. 

Once you get used to going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, your brain adapts to this schedule.

It is recommended that adults get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

I aim for 8, to be honest. 

If you do not get enough sleep, you are most likely going to develop the following symptoms:

  • getting sick more often
  • high blood pressure (hypertension)
  • diabetes
  • heart disease
  • obesity
  • depression

Find a routine that works for you and improve it and tweak it as needed.
