Cut the sugar
What? But all those pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pies and chocolate? Oh hell no. Okay I get it. But try to eat dessert only if you have too. Control your portions
Want to lose weight and stay healthy during the holidays? Then control how much you eat. It’s tempting to finish your plate but don’t. Eat two thirds of your meal on your plate, drink some water and slowly count to ten. This should let you know if you want more. Lots of temptation during the holidays. Be strong. But if you cheat here and there, don’t beat yourself down.
Keep it moving
If you want to lose weight and stay fit during this holiday season, then girl, you got to move. It’s the holidays after all and I am sure you will be running around.
